Religious and Cultural Events

Technology plays an important role within religious and cultural events helping participants take part within these activities. Of particular importance here is the sensitivity within such events (such as the attitude towards alcohol within some communities).

Insight is an active supporter of the wide range of religious and cultural communities. Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, actively works in the AV team at New Life Church. He is also a member of the Parliament of the World’s Religions. The Misson of the Parliament is “to cultivate harmony among the world’s religious and spiritual communities and to foster their engagement with the critical issues of our time – in partnership with one another and with the guiding institutions of society”.

Insight is also actively working on their Reconciliation Action Plan with Reconciliation Australia, and is also a member of the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland.

Insight provides services for those working in religious and cultural communities, and also provides training about religious and cultural diversity. Another branch of Insight (Insight Social Research & Statistics) provides services for community consultation with religious and cultural communities.

Our staff are members of the Australian Academy of Cinema Television Arts (AACTA). Insight is a member of Experience Gold Coast and the Queensland Tourism Industry Council.
