
Telehealth and Health Promotion
Technology plays a vital role within the health sector with various applications including telehealth (helping doctors and patients work together despite being in different geographical locations), medical devices (for assessing patient health and administering treatments), and for health promotion (using events, online training, and social media to raise awareness of health issues and build knowledge).
Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, has over 20 years of experience as a data scientist working in the medical imaging sector. Insight also work closely with Outback Futures as they provide mental and allied health within rural and remote parts of Queensland. Mark is also a member of the Queensland Biomedical Engineering committee with Engineers Australia.
Insight provides services for those working in the health sector, and also provides training about health. Another branch of Insight (Insight Clinical Trial Design & Analysis) provides data science and technology services for the health sector.
